Application:
Electronic application, doping. High Purity Aluminum Chloride anhydrous is extensively used as p-type dopant for semiconductor, or used to make AlN dielectric film and alumina dielectric film and also the aluminum solid-source for IC and solar cell manufacturing. Moreover, it can not only be used as the catalyst for organic synthesis but also the raw material for organoaluminium synthesis and metal extraction.
